Registration Table (in front of JHE under big white tent)
Please ask students to wait separately while the teacher is registering.
If you haven't paid in advance, you may do so at the A-Team Registration table. Fees must be paid in order to register before students may enter competitions. (Download our Credit Card Payment Form to pay in advance.)
All registered students receive a T-shirt, lunch and snacks. Teachers and chaperones receive one adult T-shirt plus one lunch ticket per person.
No charge for teachers and chaperones (we provide free lunch tickets and one adult t-shirt per school).
You can sign up for the Teachers' Challenge at the B-Team Registration table...join us over the lunch hour and win scholarships for your students.
'B-Teams' are extra event openings available after every school is given their guaranteed 'A-Team' events (5).
Please CHECK the final printed Olympics Agenda upon arrival to confirm which of your advance B-Team requests were approved.
If there are remaining open timeslots for B-Teams on the schedule, please visit the B-Team Registration table to sign up.
Permission slips will confirm with judges upon arrival at the competition that your B-Team may enter that timeslot.
Registration fee is $25 per student (competing and non-competing)
Lunch will be served between 12 noon & 1:00 pm. Vegetarian requests may be submitted in advance on the online registration form.
Encourage your students to bring reusable water containers in consideration of the environment.

Campus Tours will be offered at 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm, 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm but spaces are limited. Sign up EARLY at the Info Table to save a spot!!
Feel free to ask a volunteer about our Engineering programs or McMaster University in general. You'll see them wearing RED!
All participants are requested to keep the spirit of the day in mind, allow for maximum student participation, and respect the efforts of high school students and teachers as well as the efforts of McMaster faculty and student volunteers. The decisions rendered by the judges will be final.
